Breaker Bay LLC ("Strelocity", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Strelocity platform, which includes scheduling and calendar products as well as short-term and long-term rental management products. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information — whether you are a host/account holder or someone booking time or a stay through a Strelocity-hosted page.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Calendar & scheduling data: bookings, availability rules, focus time, and event details you create or sync via connected calendars.
• Property data: property details, reservations, pricing, and calendar information you enter into the platform.
• Booking-page visitor data: when a client or guest books through a Strelocity-hosted page, we collect their name, email, phone (if provided), timezone, and any intake answers they submit. This data is shared with the host who owns that booking page.
• Usage data: how you interact with our platform, including pages visited and features used.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Strelocity platform.
• To send transactional emails related to your account, bookings, and reservations.
• To detect scheduling conflicts by reading the calendars you choose to connect.
• To improve our services and develop new features.

Third-Party Services

To deliver core functionality, Strelocity shares data with: AWS (hosting, email, authentication), Stripe and PayPal (payments), and the calendar providers you connect (Google, Microsoft, ICS). We never sell your data to advertisers.

Your Rights

If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@strelocity.com and we will respond within 30 days. Booking-page visitors may contact the host who owns that booking page directly, or reach out to us to act on their behalf.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication via AWS Cognito, and regular security audits.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Booking and reservation records are retained for up to 7 years after cancellation or completion for tax and dispute purposes, then permanently deleted.
