These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Strelocity platform operated by Breaker Bay LLC ("Strelocity", "we", "us", or "our"). Strelocity provides scheduling and calendar tools as well as property-management tools for short-term and long-term rentals.
By creating an account or using Strelocity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You agree to use Strelocity only for lawful purposes related to scheduling, calendar management, or managing rental properties. You may not use the platform to send spam, harass individuals, infringe intellectual property, or violate any applicable laws.
When you accept paid bookings through Strelocity, funds are processed by our payment partners (Stripe or PayPal) and paid directly to your connected account. Strelocity does not hold funds on your behalf. Processing fees charged by Stripe or PayPal are separate from your Strelocity subscription. You are responsible for issuing refunds to your own clients or guests according to your published cancellation policy.
You may cancel your Strelocity subscription at any time from the billing page. We do not pro-rate partial-month refunds, but if you cancel within 14 days of first upgrading to a paid plan we will refund that first charge on request.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Strelocity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breaker Bay LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
